Owner and chef Francis Quinn has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, most recently as part-owner at The Metro Grille and Bar in Shelton, Connecticut.
When the Metro, with its services catering business still in full-swing, finally closed its doors after (how many years?) of fine dining service, Francis pivoted exclusively to food catering service and event catering service and a product that adhered to just a few crucial principals: the ingredients were to be local and seasonal, and the food was to be fresh and delicious, with an adventurous palate.
We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here, but we are trying to make it a bit more fun.
